Leading on from the layout, fitting-out, decoration, and furnishing work carried out for hotels, chalets, and private apartments, it was only a matter of time before Agence Amevet got involved with property developers, project owners, and main contractors in charge of building tourist residences.

Its interior architects have therefore indeed assisted the EIFFAGE IMMOBILIER group with several tourist residence projects since 2014.

For this type of project, the first thing our interior architects do is create a concept statement, an image.

Right from the initial design studies, the objective is to understand the needs and expectations of the developers and the residence management companies: high-to-low point in the range, budget, schedule, etc. Alongside this, our interior architects start analysing the target clientele: what is their lifestyle? What are their codes, their demands, etc.?

Based on this information, Agence Amevet’s interior architects develop a concept that revolves around communal areas and standard accommodation. They concentrate their work on the following aspects:

• Concept creation and image definition (ambience albums, perspective sketches, organizational schematics).
• Definition of materials and equipment (wall coverings, floor coverings, sanitary equipment and accessories, light fittings).
• Selection of furniture and decorative elements (tables, chairs, couches, bedding, curtains, pictures, rugs, etc.).

During implementation of the project, our interior architects assist the project owner in drafting all necessary technical specifications.

Agence Amevet can also accompany the project owner in selecting and purchasing furniture. Our project knowledge and our comprehensive familiarity with the furniture market enable us to select the most appropriate suppliers, who will be able to meet exacting specifications and specific criteria dictated by the tourist residence. Suppliers are selected for their ability to produce good-looking, stylish, optimum quality items. When managing the furnishing of tourist residences, Agence Amevet ensures delivery and installation of the various items (deliveries are usually phased to match work progress schedules).
